Switching from the kit to my own contraptions was a shock.

The mechanical assembly was a breeze as far as the Liteplacer kit went.

With the idea of the PCB conveyor finally crystallised, I designed a special base for the Liteplacer.

Can I arrange PCB, parts, camera etc. to make the critical Y moves shorter?

Wanting some options for optimizing the speed of the machine, I needed to understand what’s happening.

When placing by hand became unbearable, I looked for a small Pick and Place machine.
